Strata fees collected, arrears statements generated as needed, financial statement packages sent monthly to the strata council.

Communications and Compliance

Online access for Owners and Council to a secure login through Trafalgar’s website where they can view confidential strata information and documents including minutes, by-laws, building notices, maintenance schedules and more.

 

Quality Strata Council and AGM/SGM agendas and minutes provided in a timely manner.
