She also has experience in programme co-ordination and management in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Tracey has extensive proficiency in systems creation, data analysis, and customer service standards development and improvement.

Facilities Consultant

Kim has over 30 years of experience managing residential, commercial, and retail properties throughout North America. Kim brings a Master of Arts in Community Planning and Urban Design from UBC to the firm, coupled with many years in the construction and development industries. Resurrecting poorly performing properties and tenant improvements are his specialties. Kim is a life-long Vancouverite with a tremendous knowledge of Vancouver neighbourhoods and history.

POLINA MULLAEVA

 

Bookkeeper

Polina assists with administration and accounting. She has several years of experience in both private and public sector accounting, maintaining Quickbooks, trust and corporate accounts.

Polina spends her work day primarily sitting in front of her computer, so in her off hours she minimizes screen time and heads outside, for walks or hikes in nature.

HYTHE AL-KEDER

 

Administrative Assistant

Hythe is a Bachelor of Commerce student with a 16-year history in hospitality. His Trafalgar responsibilities include marketing research, accounts payable and various other special projects as needed.  In his spare time, Hythe likes to read, train in martial arts, and cook.

AIDAN WELSFORD

 

Administrative Assistant

Aidan assists with office administration, bringing experience in data management and communications. He also maintains the company’s PowerStrata database. When he’s not in the office, Aidan spends much of his time outdoors, and particularly enjoys going for hikes around the Lower Mainland.

Administrative Assistant

Sarah works as a part time administrative assistant with Trafalgar management. She brings 10 years of clerical, reception, and administrative experience to the team. She plays and teaches piano and trumpet in her spare time. Her favourite comfort food is sticky toffee pudding.
