Trafalgar will:

Act as liaison between property owners/management and renovation contractors, city permitting departments, architects, designers and any other parties to the Renovation

Manage renovation budgets, obtain quotes and the like on smaller-scale renovations; liaise with general contractors and/or engineers, on larger-scale renovations

Provide frequent, detailed reports and updates to parties to the renovation as per initial agreements and amendment to those agreements throughout the renovation
